Still youngish with apricot/stone fruit flavors. Simpler than most Cantillons. 2016/17 lambic barrel-aged for 3-4 years.

Kriek 100% Lambic S.

2015/16 vintage. The musty notes are there as well as lemon/ unexpected subtle cumin/cardamom? flavor. It may, with more cellaring, lose that subtle flavor. I like the unexpected though😋
