KBS Espresso (2021) S.

No disappointments here. The right blend of coffee, chocolate and barrel tasting notes. Suprisingly not boozy tasting at all considering the 12% abv.

Big Lushious S.

Chocolate flavor is there but it is definitely overpowered by strong tart raspberry which tends to dominate here. The sweetness comes off a bit syrupy and sticks with you after each taste. Most definitely a dessert beer and a 6 to 8 oz pour would suffice.

Campfire Amplifier S.

Bottle from a beer gift package from my son and daughter for Christmas. Delivers on the advertised flavors of cocoa, marshmallows, vanilla and cinnamon. Some roastiness. Definitely a tasty dessert beer but mostly appropriate for a one and done.

Underground Mountain Brown S.

Body may be a slight bit thin but the flavor isn't. Strong roast coffee, cocoa, subtle cinnamon and nice bourbon barrel. This is put together well and the high abv is not that noticeable in the taste.

KBS Espresso (2020) S.

Espresso is absolutely at the forefront here but with balance from notes of chocolate and barrel this baby is as smooth as silk. Watch the abv it is well disguised in this luscious stout.
