Big sour on the nose. The flavor plays around at dark fruits to begin, red grapes, and follows into a pretty deep tartness.

Riesling People K.

Grapes lead into effervescent dry resin. A slight bitterness meets the palate gracefully. Clean and easy to drink. Nice.

Hi notes of tart blueberry. For the style this is well done.

Sleepy Nomad K.

Crisp. Almost abrasively so. Slightly thinner than most DDH’s I’ve tried. There’s a light peachy citrus flavor. Indistinguishable. Not too bitter. Overall not bad.

Centennial IPA K.

There’s a creaminess here that doesn’t go under appreciated. Leans toward dry hopping, possibly mosaic hops. Clean finish, dry notes in the very end. The fact that they case it with 15 is just another level.

Big Lushious K.

A lot of dark chocolate. Raspberries masked behind that. Mix of sweet and bitter. Medium bodied.
