Well balanced overall. Smooth and slightly syrupy, with a decent kick. Unfortunately, almost no barrel influence at all.

Mash Test Yummies BA 2023 Gehrig
Quite thin, with a slightly creamy mouthfeel. Some chocolate, vanilla, and lots of hazelnuts. Rather sweet and unexpectedly weak barrel experience. It lacks a bit in depth and complexity for me to be as excited as I'm used to from To Øl.

Pretty solid DIPA with a pleasant amount of bitterness. Nothing fancy but classic.

Last of the Doink series. Can’t catch up withe the TIPA but still solid and tasty. Much needed after an almost 14 hours lasting workday…

Nice artwork but tastewise rather disappointing. Kinda old-fashioned IPA. Grassy, bitter layer with sweet malts in the background. Pretty boozy.

Surprisingly nice Session IPA. Definitely one of the better I‘ve had so far. Fruity, malty and slightly juicy aroma and taste, nicely complemented by some tropical and citrusy notes, ending up in a light, bitter, hoppy finish.

Exceedingly soft and smooth; especially for a DDH with 7.5%. Well balanced, thick and juicy. Delicious!

Crisp palate with cereals and some hay and a very, very strong grassy bitter finish.
