Very distinct residual aftertaste but gets more acceptable the longer I drink it.

The sourness really hits you with a bitter aftertaste. Wine liked? Maybe the first sip.

This is boozy yo.... Alcohol tasted strong with a wine texture to it duh. Pretty bitter too.

Tasted quite fermented with a bitter aftertaste but still not bad. Opening now, couldn't wait for the party. 😅

Does not taste that boozy at all. Very desserty. Was concerned with the vanilla flavour but thankfully this is lovely.

That's quite sweet but sour too. Not going crazy this evening. The foam is amazing tho.

Was lighter than I expected, wow. Generally mildly sweet and sour.

Rosé de Gambrinus Ong

A much fruity flavour of course and not so sour, even has a reddish colour to it. #brewerytour

Moriau Oude Geuze Vieille Ong

This sour has an extra flavour in it, maybe smoky maybe something else but the sediment makes the aroma better.

Nice sweetness and roasty flavour. Pretty tasty.

Vigneronne (2020) Ong

More fruity and slightly sweeter. Still sour. not decided if I like it yet.

Magic Lambic Ong

Much more flavourful. Quite enjoyable.

Saint Lamvinus Ong

I am not skillful enough to taste the difference between another Lambik than this one. But still a nice sour.

Oude Geuze Boon Ong

Emmmm.... very nice sweet and sour balance. One of the classic items on the menu.

The bitter and sweetness were balance enough to cover the fact it is boozy ~ danger alert.
