KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2022) Östby
Good with cinnamon buns! Still I think the regular KBS and other editions triumphs this, this one favours sweetness and cinnamon instead of the usual robust coffee-style

Sweet in the start, coffee in the end, bourbon all the way. Smooth but sharp at the same time

Raisin-like and malty taste, very sweet in a slightly Belgian -like way. slightly roasted and creamy in textures with good mouth feel but not in a stout-ish way

Liquid Confidence / Confidential Östby
Not thaaat hot chili but the right amount of chili! Goes well with the chocolate, sweetness (lactose-like?) and a slight touch of burnt smokiness

Well I forgot to drink this but it was still fresh even half a year after "best before". Slightly sweet, hoppy and citrus like

Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N°6 Östby
Quite fruity and very drinkable geuze with the right amount of tartness

Underground Mountain Brown Östby
I liked frangelic and I like this one even more. The brown ale-character works really good with the higher amount of alcohol and barreled coffee flavour. The smooth, slightly caramelly flavour rounds the alcohol off in a full, warming way

Nice geuze, the right amount of tart/sour flavours with some earthy and fruity undertones that helps balancing the palette

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Östby
Really good, very well balanced with. Sweet notes, coffee, alcohol, chocolate and heavy dark notes. Maybe the best KBS so far?

The best combination of stout and raspberry so far! Manage to balance the roasted, chocolaty flavour in a smooth, creamy way and avoid the "burnt candy-trap" that seems so easy to fall in

I have long looked for an imperial stout with an affordable prize that still lives up to the standard, seems like I've found it! Strong, with a good mix of coffee, dark chocolate and oats. Roasted, slightly bitter and not too sweet. Big and tasty head

One of the weirdest suprises I've had for a while... The beer looks like a blonde or some kind of golden lager, but tastes a lot of coffee, as well as some caramell and cream/vanilla. complex and dessert-like but refreshing, damn fine coffee!

Both heavy, smooth and balanced at the same time. The taste shows hints of bourbon, tobacco and chocolate with quite notes of coffee. Strong barrel-ahed character. I think this one tops the game of stouts for me, up to Kaggen! to show me otherwise
