Berry Barrage Sour Ale With Red Berries Sjöholm

Aroma is sour red berries. Taste is very sour, almost acidic, red currants. A slight bitter touch in the style of cherry peels.

Aroma is tropical fruity, peach and some slight banana notes. Taste is smooth and fluffy malts, sweet and juicy, tones of peach ending in a grapefruity bitterness.

Green Gold (2023) Sjöholm

Aroma is caramel malts, strong and apricots fruity with a resinous hops. Taste is caramel malts, fruity apricots notes with a piney and resinous hops. Finish is fruity with a dry and bitter hops tone.

Kaffestout Sjöholm

Aroma is dark and roasty malts with heavy coffee notes and dark chocolate. Taste is dark and roasty malts with coffee and cacao notes. Dry and bitter hops also. Finish is a nice and balanced stout with bitter coffee notes. With warmth comes more coffee.

Great. Aroma is dark and roasty malts, dark coffee notes. Taste is dark and roasty with boozy dark chocolate notes. Finish is dark boozy coffee.

Great. Aroma is caramel malty and apricot fruity with a piney hops. Taste is caramel malty, full and strong. Marmelade fruity body with a piney and resinous hops. Finish is fruity, strong and piney.

Vixen Sjöholm

Great. Aroma is sweet caramel malts, apricots and a piney hops. Taste is sweet and caramelly, smooth apricots fruity body with a nice piney bitterness, very clean and balanced west coast IPA. Finish is piney bitter.

Great. Aroma is dark/roasty malts, coffee and dark chocolate with a fruity and slightly perfumey tone. Taste is dark malts with sweet chocolate tones, a zesty and fruity touch. Silky and smooth with a spruce undertone. Finish is dark, sweet and foresty.

Lurifaks Sjöholm

Good. Aroma is caramel malts with a piney and grapefruity hops. Taste is bready, crisp and slight caramel notes, grapefruity and piney hops, very drinkable. Finish is bitter and piney.

Great. Aroma is pale and bright malts with a citrus fruity hops tone. Taste is bright and light malts with a grapefruit juicy body. Creamy mouthfeel and very drinkable. Finish is perfectly balanced sweet/bitter, and grapefruit flesh.

Insane In the Grain Rye Sjöholm

Good. Aroma is caramel malts and a deep apricots fruit and piney hops. Taste is dry rye malts with a fruity and piney hops, dry and laidback overall. Finish is dry, fruity and laidback piney hops.

Space Race Sjöholm

Good. Aroma is pale malts and tropical hops, pineapple and grapefruit. Taste is bright and pale malts, dry and laidback in the hops, a slight grapefruit and pineapple tone. Finish is dry and mid-bitter.

#09 DIPA Sjöholm

Great. Aroma is pale malts, tropical fruity, white grapes, pineapple and citrus fruit. Taste is fluffy and pale, juicy and fruity, pineapple and a greener tone. There’s a savory touch here also and some herbal/grassy notes. Finish is fruity and salty.

Quaffzilla Sjöholm

Good. Aroma is tropical and piney, grapefruit juicy. Taste is light and fluffy, oats and wheat. A slight grapefruit juicy touch but quickly followed by a slight bitter and dry hops. Finish is a dry and thin grappefruit bitter.

Great. Aroma is bright malts, orange juicy with a dank/herbal hops. Taste is bright malts with a dank and floral hops, some juicy notes also, orange and grapefruit. Finish is a lingering hops.

Chitfaced Sjöholm

Great. Aroma is bright malts and a tropical fruity hops, oranges and a slight bubblegummy tone. Taste is soft, fluffy and bright malts with a citrus fruit dominant hops, orange juicy and grapefruit bitterness. Finish is a slight dank and bitter hops.

45 Dias Mexican Lager Sjöholm

Aroma is bready and laidback sweet with a slight hay tone. Taste is refreshing and clean, bready and a laidback sweetness, super balanced. Hops is a slight hay tone but not bitter at all. Finish is clean and balanced.

Goat Star Sjöholm

Great. Aroma is pale malts with heavy tropical hops tones, pineapple. Taste is sweet and full, pale malts with heavy pineapple juicy hops. Finish is hops overload.

Great. Aroma is orange juice and vanilla, ice-cream. Taste is citrus fruity, oranges, lactose sweetness and vanilla. Finish is sweet and sour with a very laidback bitterness.

REDTRO Sjöholm

Good. Aroma is caramelly, bready and piney. Taste is caramel malts with the typical dry and bitter piney hops, super smooth mouthfeel from the nitro. Finish is a piney and dry smoothness.

Mochaccino Messiah Sjöholm

Good. Aroma is malty and caramelly with notes of coffee. Taste is caramelly malts, brown sugar and coffee tones. Hops is laidback and herbal. Finish is malty and slightly dry and bitter.

Great. Aroma is dark and roasty with a slight coffee note. Taste is smooth, silky and dark malts, very fluffy oaty. Light and easy to drink, a slight coffee character. Finish is dry and smooth.

Good. Aroma is bright malts and a laidback citrus tone hops. Taste is light and laiback overall. Light and bright malts, laidback juicy tangerine with a dry grapefruit hops tone. Finish is dry and laidback bitter.

Great. Aroma is sweet chocolate, vanilla, dark malts and bourbon. Taste is very thick and full, dark and sweet vanilla and chocolate tones, bicuits dipped in booze. Finish is booze soaked vanilla biscuits.

Good. Aroma is caramelly malts, piney hops and a spicy touch. Taste is caramel malts with a sweet fruity plum or fig touch, piney hops. Finish is sweet and piney.

Good. Aroma is caramel malts and heavy pine notes, real west coast style. Taste is caramelly and fruity with a bitter pineneedle hops. Finish is dry and bitter.

Great. Aroma is sour, citrus fruity, yeasty and woody. Taste is complex, very sour fruity and yeasty, some wood tones and a slight zesty bitterness. Finish is tart and a bitter wood tone.

Good. Aroma is bright wheaty malts and citrus grapefruity hops. Taste is light and bright malts, a dlight orange juicy sweetness with a grapefruit zesty hops. Finish is fruity and bitter.

Good. Aroma is caramelly, crispy, bready and slightly spicy. Taste is caramelly and bready malts, grassy hops with a slight resin touch. Finish is nice and bitter with a slight spice touch.

Great. Aroma is dark malts with coffee and licorice. Taste is dark and roasty, coffee and licorice, very tasty and silky mouthfeel, slightly low in the alcohol. Finish is dry and bitter with some lingering coffee tones.

Great. Aroma is a slight wheaty malt tone, sour white whine or fruity grapes. Taste is juicy and sweet apples with interrupted by a nice sourness, green apples comes to mind or white grapes. Finish is tart and tasty.

Low Slung Sjöholm

Great. Aroma is caramel malts and a strong pine tone. Taste is very full, sweet and strong malts with a deep and dank hops tone, overripe fruits like cantaloupe melon and papaya. Finish is a lingering hops tone.

Kvaszilla Sjöholm

Great. Aroma is slight sweet and caramelly, tart and fruity, peach. Taste is fruity, tart and slightly yeasty with a bitter touch. Finish is laidback bitter and a lingering sour tone.

Double Svart Sjöholm

Great. Aroma is tart and funky berries, blackcurrant, blueberry and a sweet complex note. Taste is sweet honey, very nice and tasty, tart berries with a very slight bitter snippet in the end.

Mammamamma Double Blueberry Pastry Sour Sjöholm

Great. Aroma is sweet, vanilla and blueberries. Taste is sour blueberries with a touch of vanilla. Finish is a blueberry skin bitterness and vanilla.

Ich Bin Raspberry Sjöholm

Great. Aroma is fresh tart raspberries. Taste is sour raspberries with a nice mineral touch. Finish is tart and raspberry.

Snow Out Sjöholm

Good. Aroma is sweet, citrus and oranges. Taste is bright malts, laidback sweet, citrus zest and a grapefruitpeel hops. Finish is a zesty bitterness.

Good. Aroma is sour, yeasty and bergamot. Taste is sour and yeasty. Finish is sour and yeasty.

Iskold Classic Sjöholm

Good. Aroma is caramel, crispy malts and a grassy tone with a laidback pepper/spice. Taste is caramelly and quite sweet, hops is very laidback but maybe a light grassy and spicy tone. Finish is well balanced with a spicy touch.

Nelson Sauvin Brut 2020 Sjöholm

Good. Aroma is funky/woody and white wine. Taste is a nice malty semi sweet base with a laidback resinous hops tone, with white wine and wood notes coming through. Finish is winey, laidback sweet and a touch of dry bitterness.

Kaffestout Sjöholm

Great. Aroma is coffee, dark chocolate and roasted malts. Taste is roasted coffee with a subtle dark chocolate note. Finish is dark bitter and a laidback sweetness.

SpontanAcai Sjöholm

Good. Aroma is yeasty and sour berries. Taste is very sour, funky yeast and maybe some berry notes, I haven’t tasted acai so I can’t tell. Finish is sour and a bit funk.

Xmas Wish Gluten Free Sjöholm

Good. Aroma is caramel malts and a resinous hop tone. Taste is laidback caramel sweetness and a laidback pine needle tone from the hops. Finish is a bitter pine taste.

Aroma is cherry and a bit tart. Taste is fresh and sour cherries. Finish is sour and a very laidback bitterness.

SpontanCherry Frederiksdal (2020) Sjöholm

Good. Aroma is cherry, wine and funky/woody yest. Taste is tart cherries, with a redwine character. Finish is a bitter redwine/grapepeel taste.

Double Dippy Doo Sjöholm

Great. Aroma is sweet, tropical fruity and some melon and bubblegum tones. Taste is juicy and semi sweet, hoppy and fullbodied, dank and slight pine notes. Finish is laidback bitter and lingering hops.

Interstratal Abyss Sjöholm

Great. Aroma is oranges and mango with a zesty tone. Taste is juicy orange and tangerine, laidback sweet. Hops is grapefruit zesty bitter with a floral touch. Finish is a lingering bitter hops taste.

Chromodome Sjöholm

Great. Aroma is grapefruit peel, citrus, pine and a slight caramel malts tone. Taste is laidback sweet caramelly malts and a resinous/piney hops, nice and clean west coast IPA. Finish is nice and bitter.
