I don’t know. I don’t really think this aged well. Had it fresh and liked it way better. Odd.

Cherry ale aged in maple syrup bourbon barrels. Yes it’s sweet, but quite tasty. I could only have one of these though.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2018) N

Finishing strong. Both literally and figuratively. Love this beer.

Ate half the wings, took the other 8 home to the boys. Gonna miss this place. Good beer to be my last one here.

Can’t believe I had never had this before! And it’s a very solid Oktoberfest. One of the better this side of the Atlantic.

KBS Espresso (2020) N

Pulled this one out of the beer cave to go with grilling these monster pork chops from a farm just up the road. They’re as beautiful as this beer tastes.

Never finished checking in last night. Initially found it pretty average but as it went I enjoyed it more. No HUGE flavors, just fruity, balanced, and pretty easy drinking. Made a great grilling beer.

One of those beers that knocked it out of the park as far as the nose and late finish goes. It’s a win. But not a big win. Leaves me wanting.
