Phenomenal. This beer is…evolving every sip you take. It’s special. Cherry and moss, super balanced, super soft. The opposite of battery acid. Very beautiful.

Harsh yet subtle. Balanced fermented notes and great sour. Finish is almost champagne like.

Wow! So balanced, hop profile is lovely and the finish is lingering. Some kiwi, white grape, some lemon. So good.

What a banger. Boozy, chocolate, coffee. Very smooth and rich, also big nostalgic feelings of drinking coco on a winter’s morning.

Fun gimmick. Definitly champagne and white wine. Enjoyable. Is it a extraordinary beer? Not really.

Enjoyable. Sweeter then expected. Milk chocolate and freshly brewed coffee, but with some sugar. Killer creamy body and bitter finish. Yeah!

It is pretty pretty in its subtle notes but i would like to see a little more character and expressiveness. Good stout overall.

Locked in the beershop tasting post-session: Interesting beer, feels very fresh and crisp but I missed some layering. Good beer, not amazing.

Wow! I enjoyed this way more than I should. I really does have the esthery, banana vibe you get from a full-fledged weizen. Only thing i’m missing is the body and after but the first sips really are pleasant.

Very drinkable session but a bit to tart and sour for my taste. After is very nice tho.

D&B has this unique zing to it, you have to like it. I personally love it.

Very nice triple. Ripe with fruit but also some sour notes. Definitely notes of white grape and fig. Great beer.

Thing with D&B is all of their beers are amazing but they all taste unique. The trademark is there, but the experience is always something else.

As always, amazing. Soft lime and papaya but not overly sweet and totally deviating from the standard NEIPA’s around.

The first melomel for me. Yeah I don’t know shit about Mead. Was it good? Yeah, if you like fanta and stuff. Good honey, bitter notes...eh, no foam? Dunno. But i’m sure it’s a high quality beer and very well mead (hehe).

There wasn’t a sip of this beer I didn’t enjoy. Holy shit what an unbelievable depth and flavor. Juice, strawberry, blackberry, pineapple, rootbeer, icecream float. Amazing.

This is the most dry and bitter I had from them and I love it. Lemon zest with unripe pineapple, hint of mint in there a lots of bitter goodness. No carbonation AT ALL tho, might be a can thing. But nevertherless enjoyed it muchos.

Holy hell! What-an-hopbomb. I couldn’t even distinguish all the flavors in this massive beast. Big beer from big breweries.

Now this! This is interesting. It’s like chewing on rose pedals. Sweet honey vibe and cherry. Stingy and bitter. Great

Nice Ale to start an evening, but pretty bland and a watery body for D&B. Gonna strick to their DIPA’s for now.

My goodness. So much going on here. First up is the sweetness. Not to sweet. Just perfect. It makes way for this beautiful soft bitterness. Honey, strawberry. Light grapefruit. NOT sticky. Very good.
