Old school bitterness indeed. A nice red IPA some classic hops. Very smooth with a bitter kick.🎅#19

I’m no Bock expert but this is just sublime. Sophisticated rum raisin. It has a cinnamon sting in the aftertaste that’s absent in other styles. I’m a Bock fan now.

Luxury. Raisins, port wine, bourbon. Should have saved it for Christmas. Guess I’ll have to get it again.

Dessert in a bottle. Scent of raspberries and no mistaking raspberries in the flavour. Combined with chocolate and coffee it makes a great dessert beer to share. Very sweet is it’s only minus.

Single hop beers are good for one thing and that’s for finding out what that hops has for character. Mosaic is pine needles and bitter. For me it’s a bit like a pizza with just cheese. Great beers they are not.
