First checkin of this beer ever! Freshly from tap. Sour fruity nose. Light and malty taste.

Much better on draft.. The can is more bitter and crispy.

SpontanCherry Frederiksdal (2021)

Super sour cherries 🍒 BA drink on draft. Very refreshing.. A few more min. still boarding starts 🛩

We’re hitting back to Germany from the coolest airport in the northern hemisphere.

Big Worse

The plan was to share this drink the last night in Copenhagen with Efa. But as she’s not feeling well I’m drinking this bigger bottle american style barley wine on my own. The barley wine is strong, boozy and with rich sweet malts.

Cool Burger Pils

Crispy and fluffy Pilsner from a burger shop (Popl) that was opened by Noma, the world finest dining restaurant😍

Echte Liebe

I love this beer shop and feel Echte Liebe for Mikkeller 🥰 This is a superb lager: crispy, floral and clean.

Heated Seats

Easy standard NEIPA. A bit too strong for a season, but with a light stone fruit flavor.

Blow Out

We’ve ordered Korean fried chicken at the street food location 🍗 — Sharing another Wegbier with my 宝贝。

Spontandoubleblueberry

Helping out Efa! Sour and tartness from a raspberry, but the aftertaste is clearly a dry blueberry taste 🫐 Excellent sour from Mikkeller.

George Bourbon BA

Wow! That’s a mind blowing good BA imperial oatmeal stout!

Japanese Rice Lager

Supporting Efa with her 🇯🇵 lager. Some floral aftertaste? From the rice? Jasmin?

Second time in Denmark 🇩🇰 (first time was 30 years ago)! First location we have to hit is the Mikkeller Ramen restaurant 🍜 😍 The IPA is on the lighter side. Not too hoppy but citrusy fruity.

Got this one 4 free from Mikkeller. Crispy and flat lager.

Ich Bin Raspberry

Helping Efa L. with her Sour, as it was a mispurchase for her. I find it pretty refreshing. Like the fruity raspberry note afterwards. Had for a long time no sour 🤪
