A lovely funky floral character on the nose, elderflower is quite present. On the palate, elderflower comes through alongside interesting elements like pepper, freshly cut herbs, especially dill, and orchard fruits. Soft, balanced tartness, really nice.

The apricots are there and they celebrate a beautiful base beer. Each component is allowed to shine in its own way, bringing beautiful balance and harmony. Yeasty, complex, and delicious with the perfect level of tartness. This one lives up to the hype.
