Santa's Hoppy Helpers (2021) Pessi

Malty and bitter IPA with a clear and dark appearance.

Dissociate Pessi

Surprisingly refreshing and bright tasting NEIPA. Really nice melon flavour.

Passion Pool (2021) Pessi

This worked surprisingly well as a non-alcohol version and seems pretty drinkable as a 4.6% version too. Light, but nicely sour and well fruited with passion fruit.

Mikkeller Super Cool Pessi

Juicy DIPA. Tropical fruits, little bit creamy and some piney notes. Surprisingly easy to drink even though it’s 9% abv.

Passion Pool Non Alc Shallow Pessi

Surprisingly good non-alcohol gose. Tart, refreshing and fruity.

The Great Square of Pegasus Pessi

Decent juiciness and very good crushability for a DIPA. Good fluffy body. Smooth.

Weird Weather Non-Alcoholic Hazy IPA Pessi

Hallo Ich Bin Berliner Double Raspberry Pessi

Well done ”market-strong” raspberry sour. Good balance between sweet, sour and acidic. Beautiful deep colour and full mouthfeel which is just missing a bit longer aftertaste. Better than the ”single” version.

Ich Bin Raspberry Pessi

Raspberry is quite light. More like traditional market sour, but a bit better. Its decent but definitely nothing special to remember it for.

Very refreshing and hazy NEPA. Melon and lemon notes, light bitterness. Crisp but also smooth. Could see myself drinking another one.

One of the more wine-like sour beers. Bright and easy to drink.
