Crimson Cru Yost

I can taste the cherry and plum. Not sure what they mean when there's a toffee flavor. Overall, pretty complex almost wine like flavor. With an Oaky smell. A little bit too niche to be a Christmas ale. There's a tartness that is vinegar like on initial.

KBS Yost

Very rich. Strong flavor of chocolate with hints of coffee. Malt is very mild and extremely well balanced. Doesn't have the sharp malt of a lot of flavored stouts (like Dragon's Milk) have and this is what I like about it.
