Underground Mountain Brown (2019) Cornelder
Ripened for 4 years. Very full and complex flavour. Toasted malts, coffee, light chocolate, peat, light ash, bourbon, wood, vanilla. Very heavy, boozy, maybe a bit too much. Not too sweet, quite sticky though. Creamy texture, slight tannin astringency.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) Cornelder
Don't find any reason for why this was discontinued in 2019. Extreme toastiness, coffee, chocolate, full body. Alcoholic, very sweet and sticky. Great beer.

Wow...such a low average rating for this quality brew. This fruitiness...juiciness even... and body, with only 4.7% abv, that's really hard to accomplish. Very nice tropical flavour, very quaffable.

Fresh hops, tropical, soft. Smooth texture. Not too exciting, but a well produced and nice flavoured PA.

Aahh, great! Big fermented dark fruits flavour, some caramel, molasses, later light toasted malts, brown sugar. Sweet, sticky, light spices, lightly boozy.

White stout-like. A lot less boring then most golden ales. Coffee, cocoa and vanilla all distinguishable, good balance. Nice!
