It's so good. Less tart and more fruit forward, with a nice amount of wine-like character from the Merlot grapes.

Figgy notes on the nose, followed by notes of fig, caramel, and malt with each sip. Definitely can feel the booze of 15% ABV. #EBF and 2017 vintage.

Strong coffee notes on the nose, followed by a creamy mouthfeel with prominent notes of bitter coffee up front with more subtle chocolate ones underneath. Boozy from the barrel aging.
