Malty, sweet, distinct tequila flavor, fruity, a hint of tartness. Pretty much exactly what you would expect from the beer style and description.

Underground Mountain Brown Dillow

Sweet, raisiny, roasty.

90 Minute Imperial IPA Dillow

Aroma: malty, syrupy sweet, citrus, pine. Flavor: syrupy sweet, a hint of citrus, a touch of spice, pleasant pine finish.

Backwoods Bastard Dillow

Aroma: yeast, bourbon, vanilla, sweet overall. Flavor: crisp, sweet bourbon flavor followed by toffee, caramel, and malt, ending with a yeast note. Very little bitterness. It’s good.

Centennial IPA Dillow

Aroma: malty, syrupy, floral, citrus. Flavor: very malty and syrupy, resinous, balanced with floral notes, grapefruit and pine bitterness.

60 Minute IPA Dillow

A nice blend of a few hop flavors going on. A bit citrusy at the onset and piney at the end; not quite as drinkable as a session but close.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2020) Dillow

The distinct bourbon flavor is of course nice, but the malty sweetness overwhelmingly drowns out most of the complexity for me. Also, it tends to give me more of a dull foggy feeling than a buzz.
