Much as I enjoy some of the flavored stouts from Founders, there's a gaping hole in their yearly release calendar where this classic should be.

The prominence of the French toast & booze elements over the (typically) somewhat cloying taste of Scotch ale is a positive.

Pleasant mix of flavors, dominated by vanilla. Very sweet, but not sickeningly so. Still, I'd prefer to have this concept applied to a much heavier beer.
