Day 24 Final beer ;( on the nose: vanilla. Chocolate,oak.cherry and sour fruit Deep and complex. Taste: sour cherry and dark fruit. Hints of vanilla and a bit oak. Best beer in the calendar!

Day 21. Chilli stout. On the nose: green fresh chilli not so spicy, chocolate, caramel, cinnamon, nuanced with depth. Taste: chilli but once again not spicy. More tingling. Dark chocolate , coffee and a bit herbal. Warms you nicely in wintertime.

Day 19. On the nose: piney notes with amber green fruits. Taste: very hoppy start with a nice bitterness that stay for a while but not overwhelmingly. Like eating a Christmas tree. Fairly pleasant Christmas IPA

Day 18: Annother bottle! On the nose. Malty almost barley wine. Sweet roasted hints of coffee. Taste sweet melas. Coffe and dried plum. Good percentage too

Day 17. Based on the Christmas dessert ris a la male. Rice pudding served with almonds and a red fruit sauce. On the nose: tart, sour berries. Sweetness in the back. Taste: red fruit, sour raspberry. Creamy with a hint of bitter almonds

Day 15. On the nose: Belgian yeast. Sweet hints of apricots and orange. Slightly spicy. Taste: a hopped up wit. Very drinkable. Spicy notes from coriander and the yeast. Orange zest. A good winter wit all in all.
