Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2016) B

Smooth, sweet, a little roasty, some bourbon, soke molasses, some chocolate, some coffee, and then maple, balanced with roasty malt in the finish.

Light, lemony, slightly bitter bite.

Breakfast Stout B

As good as I remembered. Local hard rock/metal band Gozer is equally good. Beer: Chocolate malt, coffee, with a boozy bite. Band: higher energy version of Queens of the Stone Age with notes of Tool.

Panther Cub (2021) B

Roasty malt, vanilla, cocoa, maple, and bourbon all very well-balanced, pretty light and easy-drinking for a barrel-aged dark beer.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge B

Very fudgy, a little maple sweetness, and boozy! Yum!
