Beer Geek Flat White Xmas R.

A fun attempt at a Christmas-tasting stout. Strong coffee flavours at the start then give-way to overpowering star-anise and nutmeg. Basically like mulled-stout. Not at all to my taste, but a commendable and fun effort.

Beer Geek Flat White 0.3% R.

Notes of coffee and roasted barley both on the nose and on the tongue. Flavour fades a little bit as you get further down the glass, but not a bad effort for an AF stout. Enjoyed it more than last time... definitely growing on me.
