It tastes a little like burnt coffee. It's not really my favorite.

I'm not big into sours, but the lactose and rose water gives me mimosa vibes. It's nice, only slightly sour, but hazy and a touch of sweetness.

Surprisingly heavy and malty for a pale ale. Sweet and bubbly.

Not as tart as I was expecting for a gose (which is a good thing for me). I taste a ton of passion fruit and guava flavors. It's really juicy.

Santa's Little Helper Parker

Another complex win from Mikkeller. It reminds me of bananas foster, with notes of banana, caramel, and cinnamon. The finish has a lovely burnt caramel banana flavor. It is dark, yet surprisingly not overly heavy. Super enjoyable!
