slight bourbon flavor is incredibly nice. solid 10%er.

Definitely tastes gose-y. I’ve never had a gose (or any beer, that I know of) brewed with quinoa, so that’s new. Light salty undertones if you’re looking for them. Really light & refreshing. I am a fan.
