KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Wayne
Beer for breakfast is almost always a good idea and this was a good choice on a cold rainy day. I knew this was going to be good as soon as I opened the bottle because it smelled great. One of the better versions of KBS for sure.

I saw some Oktoberfest beers at the store last week but I refused to buy any because it was still July. I gave in today. I enjoyed this more than I expected even though I still think it’s too soon for Oktoberfest. Prost!

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2022) Wayne
Nothing is ever as good as it used to be but this release is pretty good. Bottle date is 3-1-22. There’s a bunch of KBS variants now but the original is still the best.

I might be judging this too harshly because I can’t read the date on this can but it tastes nasty.

Still a good coffee stout but maybe slipping a little bit. Less chocolate and a little thinner than I remember.
