Nice and hoppy. Juicy for just simcoe. Tasty

Nice west coast hops, sprucey and heavy but the beer is surprisingly light. Very nice

Nice light pale. Nice and even interesting hop mixture

Nice and sour and juicy. Strong maracuja and tropical fruit flavours.

Rosé de Gambrinus

Nice light flowery sour. Roses and strawberry.

Lambic d'Aunis

Nice and soft sour. Red winey, but light.

Sang Bleu (2022)

Amazing. Sour, smooth, tart, with blueberry and red wine

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio

From 2017, rich and musty. Tart and lemony and sour but fairly mellow. Well balanced and malty flavours leaning towards stone fruit

Nice piney hops but mild

Fruity and soft but light and drinkable

Fairly light but tropical and soft

Wildflower IPA

Fine but very light. Not really an IPA

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge

Rich and chocolatey. Thick and heavy, but a nice dessert beer

Ich Bin Raspberry

Tart but not overly sour. Very light and refreshing.

Freak Wave

Very good balanced ipa, , bitter and juicy. Lovely can .

Do Stuff Together

Tropical fruity and light. Drinkable.

Light and not so juicy.

Nice and juicy, very citrusy and like lemon candy.
