Very different. Slight sweetness at first but then a sort of cheesy and iodine like aftertaste. Actually, very good. I really enjoyed it.

Historic RateBeer checkin - 2017-09-24 - Lucky enough to sample this at the brewery itself. Darker than most lambics I've seen with a bit of carbonation. Quite a resinous bitter edge given by the hops. Interesting, complex taste

Historic RateBeer checkin - 2017-04-15 - Pours a reddish-plum colour with no head. Aroma is of fermenting soft fruit. Taste is slightly sour with tartness and then the sweetness of blackcurrant and soft fruits. Dry finish. Good fruit beer.

25 days since I last had a beer 😯. Been holding off until I finished work for the year. Starting with something special....a cracking gueuze from Cantillon. Sour green apple and complex yeasty flavours. Delicious and refreshing
