Dirty Bastard Bright

Another complex beer from Founders brewery. Rich strong and malty, a hint of barrel aging and some spicyness and lasting bitter finish. A perfect sipping beer for a frosty snowy winter night that we have outside at this moment.

A super smooth big roasty Porter. Dark and complex lots of chocolate some sweetness with a slight bitter finish. An absolutely superb porter.

Red Eye Stout Bright

F.L.N. Smooth dark and malty, coffee and chocolate flavours. Absolutely delicious.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise 2021 Bright

This is absolutely amazing, sour but not too sour, acidic but not too acidic. Obviously a near perfect blend with a rustic earthy quality, tiny sweetness in the finish. Big thank you to Luke for getting me this.

Geuze Mariage Parfait Bright

This is an extraordinary beer, sour dry and tart but with an underlying sweetness of berry. What is so incredible is that this beer is 8% but if I had to guess I would have said it was less than 5. A beer of perfect balance.

Kriek Boon Bright

This is a bit special, incredible cherry hit, both sweetness with an underlying tartness. Light and easy. Have not had a fruit beer that has such a perfect balance.

Oude Geuze Boon Bright

This is interesting, gets better the more one drinks. Intense variety of flavours, fruity with some sweetness. Tart and sour with dry finish.

Do Stuff Together Bright

Juicy and fruity with a citrus lemon flavour. Refreshing and very drinkable.

Gose Classic Bright

Really lovely, with the Coriander coming through big time. Reminds me of Clouded Yellow that was brewed by St. Austel. Smooth sweet and sour.
