Oude Geuze Boon à l'Ancienne - VAT 31 Mono Blend S.

Brewed in Nov 15 and bottled in May 20. I think this Geuze is passed its prime (enjoyed Aug 21). Still drinkable, but the flavour profile leaves me making a bitter frown rather than my customary geuze smile. I love trying something different though.

Perfect pairing with desert. Not "syrupy" at all. 😋

Geuze Mariage Parfait S.

Dank basement on the nose (that's a good thing!). Almost rose in color. Unique palate compared to other Geuzes. Two thumbs up!
