This from ages ago - forgot to check it in. I can tell it's extremely well made and I easily drank it all, the taste is great - but the sort of lactic yoghurty tang that hangs around after just isn't something I can truly love.

Oude Schaarbeekse Kriek Boon (2018)
Fantastic. Great balance of fruit and lambic - no sugary soda here. Was drinking a pet nat wine earlier this week and it feels similar, although this kriek is less sour! Just at the lambic section of the Beer Bible so felt inclined to drink this now.

Catch up time. Been a while. I think the last time I had this style I hadn't ever tried gueuze - now I can taste it all going on. Very balanced and easy drinking
