2-year Unblended Oude Lambiek Foeder #83

Right. Oh my word, that’s subtler and yet more complex than I was expecting. So much going on it’s hard to pin it down flavour wise. Funky, certainly. Woody too, berry fruit, some citrus in the tail.

Public Consumption

Consuming in public. It’s certainly putting on an exhibition. Very ripe citrus and tropical fruit, sweet and bursting with juice. Killabrew.

Kriek 100% Lambic

Lambic and black truffle oil chips? Air hellair!!! Fruity, some vinegar notes. Fiddling while the UK burns in more ways than one. Epicur I am.

Zig Zag

Right. As they say, session IPA, sashay-away!!!

Rosé de Gambrinus

Left. That label has not aged well as others have pointed out. Was hoping for more of a rose petal or vinous taste with that name, but raspberry it is, in old London Town. Thbbft!!!

Including the old grey mare? This is though, resin central. Start to finish, resin all the way. Lovely.

Do You Think This Is A Fucking Game?

Getting lots of orange zest, pine isn’t the main taste for me, but it’s there, gets more resinous later. Solid. Edited to say by half way the pine has kicked the orange’s arse into touch.
