Smooth. French toasty maple goodness. The scotch ale is a greatbase for this beer. Couldnt do mire than a glass though.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) McCall

You can tell this is a big beer when you taste it, bit at the same time it is smooth enough that you don't know the ABV. Bourbon and vanilla. A treat worth having. Had this one while brewing a salted caramel porter.

Curmudgeon's Better Half McCall

Very smooth. Great maple, vanilla, and oak. A bit too sweet for more than one.

Tart and sweet! Very smooth and is more full bodied than I expected. Well worth the trade to try this one!
