This is surprisingly good.

Panther Cub (2021) G.

It is maple and sweetness on the nose. The palate is malty smoothness with sweet hints of maple and vanilla. There is a bit of bitterness on the finish. This is a good beer to sip patiently and taste the difference as it warms.

Nemesis (2021) G.

It’s fruity and sweet on the nose. The palate is sweet at first then more bitter on the finish. There’s more going on than I can identify. It’s a good beer to sip slowly and enjoy

Dirty Bastard (2020) G.

Long lasting head over mildly dark ale. Malty smooth taste that is something I can look forward to repeating

Backwoods Bastard G.

Dark and viscous with a lasting finish. Difficult for me to pull out specific flavors. There’s maltiness present and sweetness in the middle that fades at the finish. My tongue seems to have an effervescent feeling for a long time after everything else

Blushing Monk G.

Dark blush red appearance with a berry / fruity taste. I like it and would drink it again

90 Minute Imperial IPA G.

A bit hoppy for me but I liked it more as it warmed up. Smooth and a little sweet but there is a lingering drier finish

Good mouth feel with a long finish of fruit and malt

Underground Mountain Brown G.

This is called a brown ale but the color is darker than any brown I have seen. The palate is a rich malty long lasting flavor. Notes of coffee and chocolate are there as well. This is a great sipping beer that I look forward to having again.
