Doesn’t taste as strong as the ABV would suggest - in fact all the flavours in this one are pretty toned down for a Tripel. Having said that it does have a pretty unique and floral profile.

Game of Thrones - Direwolf Brigade Pale Ale Jarvis
A lovely malty and sweet pale ale - barely a hint of bitterness and extremely drinkable.

Starting to think Mikkeller are infallible at this point; are they even capable of making an average beer? Very clean tasting pale ale, with hints of citrus and an excellent mouthfeel thanks to the addition of oat flakes.

An extremely smooth, easy drinking beer. Really does strike an excellent balance between the best aspects of stouts - coffee and chocolate, sweet and bitter, roasty and creamy.

American Dream Extra Dry-Hopped Jarvis
Remembering have another IPL a little while ago and I quite like the style - malty and slightly gassy but with added hoppiness. Mikkeller do tend to make decent beers and this is no exception. Floral and light with quite a dry finish.

Wasn’t sure if I’d already had this one when I picked it up in the supermarket - turns out I have but I’m not complaining. This has all the hallmarks of why NEIPAs are becoming my favourite type of pale ale; juicy, creamy, hazy, smooth, sweet & light.
