Number 7 Holmskov

Grapefruit, grassy, a little piney and peppery, and more bitterness than your average neipa. Quite dry aftertaste. Good, but Don't get why people have tagged it as smooth.

Kintsugi Holmskov

Quite nice. One of the better session IPAs I have tried. Lots of grapefruit flavour freshness to it. And a nice body. Was great in the sun, which might also have added a little on my score maybe.

Stolen Seabuckthorns Holmskov

High carbonation. Smells and taste of sea buckthorn, what a surprise. Quite simple tho, but still nice. Has a quite deep aftertaste of the buckthorn which is nice. As a buckthorn showcase its nice, but not super interesting otherwise.

Oops... I Did It Again! Holmskov

really not a fan of caramel malt in IPAs. Think it clashes with the hops to much for me. This one is a bit the same, but not as much as other. Feels more like an english or classic American ipa than an new England.

Mango Mussolini Holmskov

Hear a lot about this one, think I tried it years ago when I first got into craft beer, but can't remember. Quite nice, mango and grassy notes, and more bitter than most neipa. There is something in the aftertaste i not fan of tho. Otherwise nice.

Infamous Fruit Holmskov

Mostly dominated by passionfruit, with only a small hint of mango. Would have liked way more mango. Like mikkellers passion pool it's a bit boring, better balanced tho, as its way less sour. It's not that it's bad, just doesn't ring my bell.

Positive Contact Holmskov

Not the style of ipa i drink the most of, but still like. But this one I just find a little bland. Fine bitterness, and with a small hit of orange. Just feels a little lacking.

Specular Holmskov

Thick juicy hop bomb. Mouthfeel is so thick, it feels almost like smoothie. Floral as well with some different notes of tropical fruits, most noticeable passionfruit, balanced out by a little bitterness. Super nice tipa.

4 Year Anniversary Holmskov

First beer to celebrate my birthday. Surprised by the very weed like aroma. But otherwise grassy, Pineapple, crisp, refreshing and not to bitter. And goes down dangerously easy, the picture is taken not long after first SIP. Not bad, cheers

Triple Trippy Too Holmskov

Melon and tropical sweet aroma. Nice thick mouthfeel. Tropical, melon, a little bit of pine, sweet and slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Not boozy at all. Super easy to drink.

Promising Leads Holmskov

Sweet aroma with some wierd notes which im not the biggest fan of. Good mouthfeel. Dry but with a lot of melony notes, and a nice freshness to it. Have a slightly sweet aftertaste as well. Really smooth. Really good, but is missinh a little bigger punch.

Ampersand: Motueka Holmskov

Mild juicy and citrussy on the nose. Not at all what i thought it would be in the flavour. Very fresh, almost limey, with slight bitter aftertaste. Some amomatic notes in between. Good thick mouthfeel. Good, not my favourite of the series. Very different

Deep Passion Pool Holmskov

Lots of passionfruit on the nose. Thick mouthfeel. A little boozy. Quite sour, but comes with a aftertaste of passionfruit. But to be honest it doesn't do much for me. Feels one noted, but wasn't a fan of the lower procent one either. But it's alright

Ampersand: Strata Holmskov

Nice color and head. Tropical on the nose, with big hints of passionfruit. Good mouthfeel. Really smooth with very little bitterness. A lot more fresh than I anticipated. Lots of hoppy passionfruit goodness. A hint of spice. there description is spot on

Ampersand: Idaho 7 Holmskov

Subtle floral aroma. Good mouthfeel. Fruity but more melon or the like, can't pin point the exact fruit tho. Lots of floral character. Some piney notes. Slight bitterness. Really easy to drink. Feels like a lot is happening with it being to much. Cheers

Limbo Raspberry Holmskov

Taste a bit syrupy, but not that bad. Nice refreshing one. Some raspberry flavour. Some sourness, but a bit to sweet for my liking. Not that beery tho, even compared to other sours. But a good alcohol free drink, that i will probably buy again

Limbo Yuzu Holmskov

Sour freshness with lots of yuzu flavours. A bit one noted but really refreshing especially in the sun. It's more like a lemonade than beer to be honest. bit higher rating it because it the first beer i have tried where yuzu is the most prominent taste

Henry & Irma Yuzu Spring Lager Holmskov

Light, crisp and refreshing. Probably good on a summer day. But feels a bit thin and would have liked more power in the yuzu flavour as its not that predominant. Alright but is still looking for a better more powerful beer with yuzu as I love the fruit.

Henry & His Science Holmskov

The carbonation looks almost like a sodas. A little tropical in the aromo. A bit sour in the flavour with some sweet fruity undertones. Nearly no Bitterness at all. But a nice mellow aftertaste. Doesn't taste that 'beery', but it's not bad.

Burst Holmskov

Alright, not that exciting. A good classic ipa. Not much to it. Have some snarp bitterness. Nothing special about it really

Oude Geuze Boon Holmskov

Quiet balanced. Nearly orange or lemon peel bitterness, but not overpowering. Some sourness and some sweetness to it as well. Leaves a nice dry finish in the monthfeel. Like it and is good, but needs something extra to stand out or lift it.

Blow Out Holmskov

Good, but not that exciting. Have a little fruitiness popping up, but isn't as bitter as i though it would be. Good for the price tho

Spontan Goes Spontan Holmskov

Very sour. A lot of bergamot in the start. The funkyness from the barrel aging comes far into the aftertaste. Leaves a dry and a bit sevoury feel in the mouth. Not sure how to feel about this one
