Tart, musty, dry, apple, tannins, stone fruit, light barnyard and rustic funk. Served from a ceramic jug on draft. Beautiful.

Bottled Feb 2021. Elegant rustic and barnyard notes; stone fruit, apple, very soft, rounded and easy-drinking. Nice to revisit.

BB June 2021. Gorgeous pillowy white head, bright tangerine and citrus flavors, candied oranges, pineapple, lemon, soft feel, low bitterness on back end, juicy, well-hidden alcohol. Good drinker and par for the style, stays with the pack.

2012/13 version. Apple, pear, farm, tannins, light acidity, subtle tartness, stable carbonation, dry, drinks great!
