Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter Galloway
A definite sipper, this brings the appeal of an Old Fashioned cocktail into beer form. Leading with its heavy bourbon-barrel contribution, this brew is extremely fruit-forward with (very) sweet cherry and orange predominating in both aroma and taste.

Where the Wild Hops Are Galloway
Actually enjoyed this more than anticipated. Rustic yet complex ale is a unique iteration of the classic American IPA. Subtle oakiness and distinct but restrained earthy funk from the barrel-aged wild ale contribution give this one a flavor all its own.
