Although IPAs will never be favorites, I began to enjoy this one nearer to the finish. The hops seemed harsh at the start, and mellowed as it warmed.

Complex. Reminds me of... Midas Touch (it’s been awhile)? Vague echoes of their Palo Santo Marron? Ommegang’s Philosopher?So many beers, so little time.
