How did I not log this in??? Brunch last Sunday with the whole family in. Brought back from Belgium by my daughter and future son-in-law. One of the truly classic beers of the world; it did not disappoint.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio L

Part of my older son’s Xmas present from his sister’s trip to France and Belgium. Straight from the brewery. Nice and tart. Just this side of dry. Clean tasting.

Punkin Ale (2022) L

#4- a perennial entrant. Not enough spice; kinda flat flavor-wise.

Oktoberfest 2022 L

Hmmm. Very thin; not much flavor. Just the slightest hint of breadiness. No “German” flavor profile at all. But needed to drink some off for beer can chicken on the grill. Maybe some chicken grease will help?

#17/25- another recurring contender, always runs consistently in the middle of the pack for me.
