Fairly tart and has a dryness to it at the start and afterwards. Not the most exciting sour but solid.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2018) Giannone

Notes of bourbon and coffee are there to welcome you. It finishes richly, with hints of chocolate and sprinkles of maple. Coffee decides to stick around for the aftertaste.

Oude Geuze Boon à l'Ancienne - VAT 108 Mono Blend Giannone

It’s got that familiar tart that comes with the geuze. Picking up notes of apple which is rather pleasant. Tapers off with sort of a woodiness (not like barrel aged).

Pretty sour with a little touch of funkiness. Also picking up a small amount of tea flavor notes.
