Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) Mack
CBS is a bold imp stout featuring chocolate & coffee aged in bourbon barrels w/maple syrup. Sweet, but balanced, aromas of maple syrup & chocolate, with notes of toasted oak & vanilla! So fortunate to find 1 in Yakima back in 2018, it aged well in 2024!🍻

Dry hopped with traditional hop pellets along with lupulin powder, an innovative hop product that separates lupulin from the hop flower, Unraveled IPA is incredibly flavorful and aromatic. Well crafted! 🍻

A cross between a Scotch Ale (caramel notes), an India Pale Ale (hopping regimen) and an American Brown (color), Indian Brown Ale is well-hopped and malty at the same time. Dry-hop the Indian Brown Ale in a similar fashion to their 60 & 90 Minute IPA! 🍻

KBS is a big imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolate and then bourbon barrel-aged to perfection. Incredibly silky and full-bodied with notes of vanilla, cocoa, roasted coffee and charred oak. Well crafted!🍻
