Mothership Series: Blushing Padre Lyons

Crazy good blueberry sour - the strength of the beer gives way to great barrel sweetness. Delicious in every drink, though I’m glad I don’t have a pint of it.

Classic Gueuze (2022) Lyons

Lots of apple/peach and vegetal funk - brilliant Belgian lambic.

Citrus Squall Lyons

This is… wheaty. Strong citrus flavors but it’s giving Blue Moon 😬 LGM thoooo

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2016) 12.4% Lyons

This was bottled when I was still in college and bought in the hamptons. Thrilled to be opening this after 6 years, 4 jobs, and 3 apartments. Bourbon notes burst through and ride a sweet boozy wave. Delicious as always, well worth the wait. 🔥

Vibrant P'ocean Lyons

Tart, a little funky, fruity, floral, and (my fav) effervescent. Definitely can taste both the kettle sour and Belgian foeder

Slightly Mighty Lyons

Perfectly fine.

Underground Mountain Brown (2020) Lyons

Crazy smell - booze, coffee, bourbon, and a strong malt profile that overwhelm your nose. Smooth and sweet taste, surprisingly drinkable but still nothing to mess with at 12%. Bourbonny and delicious, another barrel aged beauty from Founders.

Más Agave Premium Hard Seltzer Lime Lyons

Interesting - definitely don’t love it the way I love the OG Mas Agave but it’s a cool attempt at a margarita seltzer.

KBS Espresso (2020) Lyons

Oh this is really lovely. Bold, boozy, rich, and full of espresso flavor. Big coffee aftertaste, really just coffee all the way down.
