Reserving a rating because this beer just isn’t for me. I’ve tried a few bottles now and the elderflower always comes across like jalapeño. Almost earthy? I love Cantillon but can’t get into this one.

Popcorn kernels and lemon initially, but it had a mint note as it opened up.
