Mine Is Bigger Than Yours: Port & Bourbon Barrel Aged (2021) P.
Finally a bigly Barley Wino to rival Bigasdickus and his never ending supply of BA goodness. At 15.5 ABV this is indeed something else. Bourbon in the nose, port sweetness hits you at first then the mellow bourbon finish comes as a hot blanket. Yes!!

So last week I helped my Hungarian work colleague to extract some awesome Lundgren pups, Modern Vintage from his Green V, and installed em to his sons Squier Mustang. Today I got a payment in form of two of this and another beer as thank you! Part 1

Ever wondered how Eyehategod would sound like if they played technical death/grindcore? Brian Patton showed just that with his other band Soilent Green. Based on the Soylent movie. This is the debut Pussysoul -95 before they where picked up by Relapse R.

Formulas Fatal to the Flesh was the first Morbid Angel I bought on CD and the first with Steve Tucker on vocals and bass. Reduced to a trio again like on Covenant. Frasse has missed Pete’s grind, just look at him transcend! “Catgrindforlife

Best EVH-like solo and best pinch harmonics in the same song you ask? Where the Slime Lives with Morbid Angel of corpse! Still my fav album by them, Domination. Even my daughter have loved this since she was like 4 months old haha. Señor F. pinch it!

Debut by Cactus -70 and I got the Trve cover with the dick-cactus that were censored everywhere! The natural continuation to Vanilla Fudge when they grew tired of covers. Seen em 3 times here in Sweden with a drum clinic from Carmine one time. RIP Bogert

Words of wisdom from mr. Gilbert. Legend tell that he lost a lot of his hearing when Eddie VH invited him over to 5150 to listen to the latest mix at ear shattering volume…

Another great album from -82. Dixie Dregs/The Dregs here on this release called Industry Standard with Steve Morse and another of my fav drummers: Rod Morgenstein who later played in Winger as well. Heard this Joe F. ?

My humble living room system completely separate from my home studio. In the back I got a NAD phono stage, and a raspberry pi with Volumio so I can stream FLAC files from my NAS to it! My old HK CD died, so bought a SACD Pioneer transport with a great DAC

Yass! Found another still wrapped in plastic vinyl I obviously have forgotten about! For some reason I must buy records with Fuzz pedal-guitars on vinyl to get the Trve bandwidth haha! High on Fire, one of the best Celtic Frost bands ever!

The shredding on Shrapnel Records continues with this one from -90. Any one remember this guy that is also one of Jason Becker’s best friends? Michael Lee Firkins

Weird Weather Non-Alcoholic Hazy IPA P.
Nice, a NA NEIPA! Better than a lot of ordinary beers from them imho. Tropical and smooth.

Yes, the ultimate hipster brew is back with the most hipster can art yet... herbal and a bit bitter this year. Not bad but nowhere great either, per usual

A-Z/Ö beer #4. This is actually my first one ever cuz me and Pilsner don’t get along. Seen a lot of old work pals drinking this A LOT though. I withstand my disapproval of all Pils. I thought the torture was over last week but cheers for science!

Oh, also pre-Untappd days. This is actually one of the few Mikkeller I enjoy very much, even though my allegiance will always be with his evil brother!
