YES! This is boozy hot chocolate. Very fudgey but still lets you know it's a stout. Yes some coffee and yes some maple sweet but the chocolate is the star of the show

Has that traditional cantillon sour and barrel aged but a ton of rhubarb and tartness throughout. Extremely good but not my fav from them.

I really enjoy this. Base is still very much present but has a radler like juice mix quality

Starting with a scarlet beer for the bucks. This is excellent as expected

Really nice. Barrel holds well. Not overly sour drinks so well. Highlights why cantillon is the best in this category

I love the cherry in this. Definitely the quintessential sour- a little pucker and a nice underlying oak

Opened the larger bottle for my birthday. This is so so so good. A classic lambic gueze- so clean but has nice floral Belgian yeast notes

The ideal gueze. This is quintessential. True to style. Getting a touch of apple through the Brett sour. Very clean.

Really lovely wine-like cantillon but the cherry is very present and not "cough medicine" like most other kriek. Really enjoyed it.

Nice raspberry but I should have stuck with the wheelhouse of their adjuncts: grapes. It's good but not as good as the last where it was a seamless blend. This is a little more obvious of the sweet adjuncts (but still great)

My pilgrimage is complete. A reason why they are the best in the world. A perfect mix of red wine grapes (without the tannins) and lovely, real sour beer tang. Medium body. Excellent. Truly.

Underground Mountain Brown (2020) Roth
Nice founders barrel especially towards the finish but doesnt overwhelm the really nice coffee brown base. Medium to med/light body. Really nicely done. Everything blends but is still complex

Body and flavor more like a porter. LOTS of raspberry in this especially upfront. Almost lambic-like. The base gives nice roasty coffee/chocolate notes towards the finish. Pretty nice. Very bold
