This is the best tasting RdG I've ever had I reckon. So bright and expressive. Nice prickly acid on the backend.

Sophia Lambic Toune

Cool trying this next to the wine. Tart, rounded, really nice balance. Carries some of the tannins and orange blossom over.

Drogone Lambic (2019) Toune

Takes on the grape character beautifully. Lovely cherry and tannins.

Fou' Foune (2019) Toune

Bloody excellent as always. Big apricot, tasting more soft and mellow than I remember.

Nath (2019) Toune

Light tannins, big acidity, earthy salinity. Lots more rhubarb than I remember. Great way to start.
