Bright and complex. Not as tart as I would have expected, but fantastic. Great zesty twist in the finish. Maybe the sumac?

Very unique. Wonderfully bright, siur nose. Earthy in the middle, though not particularly beety, and finishes with a zesty funk that urges you to sip some more. Nice.

Spontanpear Hornbeck

Nice sour. Very subtle fruit, but very tart and with a mild funk in the finish. Quite nice.

Sweet Repute Hornbeck

Vanilla and maple in the nose, but strong and boozy in the middle, with a bitter finish that fades to maple long after each sip. Nice evolution of flavors.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Hornbeck

Mmmmm. So rich. Chocolaty and with a well balanced sweetness and nice dry finish. Dangerously easy to drink forr the ABV.

Nemesis (2021) Hornbeck

Strong, and very bitter for a Barleywine. The piney finish balances out the sweetness nicely though. A sipper for sure....

Mango Magnifico Hornbeck

I really love the flavors here. Mango up front, spicy pepper from middle to finish. Super well balanced. It gets hotter for me every sip.

Belgian Twist Hornbeck

Just what you'd expect from a strong Belgian. Malty...banana bread, with a mild sweetness. Not nearly as sweet as the ABV would foretell. Not sure I get the Agave nectar....

Where the Wild Hops Are Hornbeck

I really like this. Fruity and bright, with just a hint of a wild yeast zing.

Velvet Rush Hornbeck

Very nice. Roasty and creamy with long chocolate and coffee notes. Just a hint of the barrel. Velvety.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Hornbeck

Very nice. Almost overly spiced on the first sip, but mellows out nicely as you drink. Rich and creamy and full of flavor.

Campfire Amplifier Hornbeck

Smokey nose, but sweet and smooth, roasty creamy middle. Quick biscuity finish. Not bad at all.
