Heat Map Hollingdale

Citrus on the nose but disturbingly it also evokes a bit of stale sweat- eeeeek. Stop smelling it as in the drinking, nothing, just a sharpish, bright citrus pale with a hint of pine on the back end.

Hello Pigeon! Hollingdale

A TIPA that dabbles on the cloying line. I get a lot of liquorice and a boozy smacks in the chops.

Whateverman Hollingdale

Thick, smooth and slightly dank with a cheesy finish. Also a solid bitterness. Not convinced Lee H. Will like this as much as me but this is cracking.

Orbital Movement Hollingdale

A B52 Scandinavia beer. Great name for a beer and nice can art. Hoppy and fruity with citrus and papaya. A nice haze and totally sinkable.

Solar Flare Hollingdale

A B52 Scandinavia beer. A bit fruity with some mango but no particularly distinctive or dominate flavour or profile on this. Nothing wrong with it but just lacks definition for me. An average session pale given the fruit bill.

Velvet Rush Hollingdale

An Advent beer. A wheels of style night with an impy brown next. OMG this hits big and boozy, like a brandy soaked Christmas pudding. The barrel ageing effect is front, centre and in your face, seems much more than it’s 11%. Coffee, chocolate and vanilla

Between the Lines Hollingdale

An Advent beer. Quite bitter with a bit of citrus and a slightly sour finish. There is and East Coast vibe but as the name suggests this is between the lines and comes out as a solid, if relatively standard.

Vesterbro Spontanale Hollingdale

This is like drinking a cider, sharp and sour with apples and tons of lambic vibes.

Versus: Hue Hollingdale

A fresh hoppy floral aroma hits you first and it’s backed up by hoppy, citrus flavours and a bitterness that is oddly subtle and prominent especially as you swallow. A really nice haze to it and more quaffable than the TIPA I kicked off with.

Ich Bin Raspberry Hollingdale

Light and tart with a lovely deep red colour but not as much raspberry flavour as I was expecting.

Side Hustle Hollingdale

An Advent calendar beer. Another totally crushable session beer. Light and hoppy with a good strong bitter backbone. The hoppy aroma, smooth mouthfeel round this out nicely for me.
