Snowbound Vanilla Porter Whittaker
Nice porter, plenty of chocolate and caramel but cleaner bite from the hops at the end. Very subtle vanilla, brown sugar and even some booziness to finish. Good dark brew!

French Toast Bastard Whittaker
Scotch ales / Wee heavy my favorite brews. Complex front end has maple syrup sweetness, a lot of alcohol on the finish. Vanilla & bourbon on the nose, with a little barrel aged goodness as well. Thick and rich, Pretty good but @ 11.1% it's a sipper.

Really complex brew! Scotch ale wee heavy aged in bourbon barrels. Carmel, rich aged bourbon nose, dark fruits and a creamy rich malty head. Gets better with each sip, the 11% abv hits you on the first sip but mellows out as you go. Nice brew! Go Vols!🏈

Very beautiful looking Marzen. Very clean earthy OctoberFest which comes from the lager yeast. This brew is not as malty so not so overwhelmingly sweet, more crisp. This one is different than most you will try, more “traditional “ the brewer states.

Very coffee-ish smooth and silky licorice with that coffee bitterness on the end. Smokey and some chocolate in there. The grain bill is amazing for this one.

Rich and creamy with vanilla, coffee and chocolate up front with a definite bourbon finish. The bourbon a little overwhelming.

A lot of Hoppiness in this brew. Nice rich hop flavor with some bitterness. Didn’t get much of the oats and wheat.
