Punkin Ale

Wish this was better. I’m guessing pumpkin is a tricky ingredient to work with because it doesn’t have a ton of flavor. But this beer sits heavy and cloyingly on the tongue and the spice add-ins don’t improve anything.

Goes without saying, but this is a truly wonderful raspberry lambic! Perfectly balanced, and deliciously tart.

Acetic with a huge hit of rhubarb! Quite jammy and almost lemon sherbet. I love how they balance their brett-y funk with the rhubarb. Lovely fruited lambic
