It’s Christmas, bring out the good shit. This is 4 almost 5 years old. Maybe should be older. This bottle could use more carbonation. Great funky nose, nice tart and light finish. A bit of astringency. Good, but expectations were very high.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2017) H.

So much better. Tart, crisp, attention grabbing, slight funk, pear. I do think 4 years in the cellar is too long.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) H.

Spider webs and exclusively breast fed poopy diaper. In the best way possible. Funk. Good. Cheers Adam.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio H.

Deck the halls, trimming the tree, drinking the good stuff. 22 June 2020 offering. The aroma is more complex than the palate, which is one of sour cherries and slight funk. The aroma brings visions of spiderweb dew and noyaux horse blanket.
